Ordering Online
After you are finished shopping, click “View Cart” buttons located throughout the site. We try to keep our site as up to date as possible. However, if an item that you have ordered is not available for purchase, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone.

Order Processing
We process our online orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. Orders received after 11:00 am PST may not be processed until the next business day. Please be advised that once an order is placed, you will be unable to make changes to the order online.

Backordered or Advanced Sale Items
Backordered or advanced sale items are items that are not yet in stock, but available for advanced purchase on our site. A backordered item you order is shipped directly to you once it is in stock. You will be notified of the status of your backordered item via e-mail. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you. Expected shipment time (for example, "advanced sale: buy now to be shipped in 2-4 weeks") is indicated on the product detail page. Please note: expected shipment times appearing on the product detail page specify when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times will vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.

Payment Methods
We currently accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Sales Tax
We charge a sales tax on all orders shipped to a Washington address. The sales tax charged is based on the rate at the location to which the order is shipped. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to all other locations.

Telephone Orders
At this time we are unable to place your order over the phone. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Sales & Discounts
There are no returns or exchanges on sale merchandise. We cannot apply price adjustments to previously purchased merchandise and we cannot apply coupon codes or discounts after the order has been placed. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Policies
When an order is placed on our site, it is generally shipped the next business day. Occasionally, we may have a delay in which case we will contact you. We require a signature on all package deliveries. Please ensure that you are shipping to an address where someone will be available to sign for the package. Please note that the shipping times listed are from the time the order leaves our warehouse, not from the time when you place the order. Many times, we have to get your item(s) from one of our other locations, and this could delay shipping up to three days.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that we are not able to offer Saturday delivery. Alaska/Hawaii is an additional $5.00 to the above listed rates.

International Shipping
We now ship to Canada only. All orders must be shipped to the billing address, no exceptions. Orders may be delayed or cancelled due to security protocols including but not limited to the verification of: billing address, ip address, country, phone, BIN information, email address, and proxy. We are not responsible for any taxes or duty fees imposed by your local customs office. Please note that there are no returns or exchanges on international orders. Please read shipping options carefully before choosing which carrier you would like to deliver your package.

United States Postal Service (USPS) Global Express Mail

Once the package leaves our warehouse, you should receive it between 3-5 business days, not including any time spent in customs in the US or Canada. Canada Customs will charge taxes and duty costs in order to release your package to you. For more details, please contact your local customs office. We are not responsible for any additional tax or duty costs imposed by Canada Customs. We will provide you with a tracking number for your package via email as soon as it ships. The package will require a signature upon delivery. Please note, after USPS attempts delivery three times without success, the package will be treated as abondoned and neither you nor rian handbags, LLC will be able to retrieve the package. The process for filing an insurance claim for lost or damaged packages is lengthy with USPS. We will not issue any refunds for lost or damaged packages until the insurance claim has been completed, resolved, and closed by USPS.

Cost:
$25 for the first item and $10 for each additional item.

United Parcel Service (UPS) Worldwide Expedited

Once the package leaves our warehouse, you should receive it between 2-5 business days. UPS provides door-to-door customs-cleared delivery. We will provide you with a tracking number for your package via email as soon as it ships. The package will require a signature upon delivery. Please note, after UPS attempts delivery three times without success, the package will be treated as abandoned and neither you nor rian handbags, LLC will be able to retrieve the package.

Cost:
$65 for the first item and $10 for each additional item.


Return Policies
We will accept returns and exchanges on items that are in their original condition with tickets attached. Items must be unused and undamaged, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy. Returns and exchanges on all full priced merchandise must be returned by mail within 10 days of receipt. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. Prior to returning items, please email customerservice@rianmens.com to request a Return Authorization Number(RA#). Once you receive the RA# please write the RA# boldly on the outside of the original box.

Return Address
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept c.o.d. deliveries. Please send all returns or exchanges, insured, along with the original invoice and details in the original packaging to:
